Disposable ESD Anti-Static Non-Woven Shoe Covers with Conductive Grounding Strip
ZHC LAB’s Disposable ESD Anti-Static Shoe Covers are designed for use in ESD-sensitive production areas, controlled cleanroom environments, and research facilities where both static discharge control and particulate contamination must be minimized. Constructed from breathable, non-linting spunbond polypropylene, each shoe cover features a full-length conductive carbon grounding strip sewn along the bottom. During use, the grounding strip is tucked inside the sock to maintain direct skin contact, providing a continuous path-to-ground that dissipates electrostatic charge from the wearer. The elastic ankle cuff ensures a secure, slip-resistant fit over most standard footwear. Available in two fabric weights to suit different levels of durability and particulate control requirements. Point-to-point resistance: 10^5 Ohm. Latex-free.
DIMENSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Standard (30 GSM): Non-woven polypropylene, 30 g/m^2, conductive carbon grounding strip, elastic ankle cuff, universal fit, blue, 100/Pack
Heavy-Duty (35 GSM): Non-woven polypropylene, 35 g/m^2, conductive carbon grounding strip, elastic ankle cuff, universal fit, blue, 100/Pack
COMMON APPLICATIONS: ESD-sensitive electronics assembly and semiconductor fabrication areas; LCD and display panel manufacturing facilities; pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing cleanrooms; chip, wafer, and magnetic head production environments; laboratory and research cleanrooms requiring combined ESD and particulate control; general ISO-classified controlled environments where personnel grounding is required.
USAGE NOTES: For single use only. To activate ESD grounding, tuck the conductive strip inside the sock so it maintains contact with bare skin – this completes the path-to-ground and is essential for effective static dissipation. Shoe covers must be used in conjunction with a conductive or static-dissipative floor or grounding mat to function as part of a complete ESD control system. Do not reuse. Store in original packaging away from moisture and direct sunlight. Dispose of used covers in accordance with applicable facility waste management protocols.
