Application:
Flexible solution for small component assembly and handling of crystals, chips, wafers, optical parts, electronic components, and optoelectronic devices. The system replaces manual tweezers for delicate operations.

Operating Instructions:
1. Connection: Insert one end of the silicone duct into the side hole of the main unit and the other end into the tail of the pen.
2. Assembly: Insert the probe (pinhead) into the pen head, then attach the desired suction cup (cupule) to the probe.
3. Power Up: Plug the power adapter into a 100V-240V outlet and connect the DC plug to the main unit. Turn on the power switch.
4. Handling: Hold the pen like a writing instrument. Block the venting hole with your index finger to pick up the component. Release your finger to drop it.
5. Adjustment: Use the rotating knob on the main unit to increase or decrease suction force based on the object’s weight.
(Note: Clean suction cups with alcohol and a soft cloth after use.)
