ESD Anti-Static Precision Tweezers Set, 6-Piece, Stainless Steel
ZHC LAB’s ESD Anti-Static Precision Tweezers Set includes six purpose-specific stainless steel tweezers covering the full range of precision handling tasks in electronics assembly, laboratory work, and component manipulation. Each tweezer is constructed from high-strength stainless steel with a matte black electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating that protects static-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge, eliminates glare during detailed work, and provides a non-slip grip surface for extended use without hand fatigue. Tips are precision-machined for exact alignment and consistent clamping force. Protective tip caps are included for each tweezer. The set is packaged in a compact storage pouch for organized bench access and portability.
DIMENSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
ESD-10 – Straight Fine Tip: 122 mm overall length, 10 mm body width; for PCB soldering, component installation and replacement
ESD-11 – Straight Fine Tip, Extended: 140 mm overall length, 8.5 mm body width; for precision handling in confined spaces and narrow-gap components
ESD-12 – Straight Wide Tip: 134 mm overall length, 10 mm body width; for firm gripping of circuit boards and larger components requiring increased clamping force
ESD-13 – Rounded Spade Tip: 122 mm overall length, 10 mm body width; for non-damaging extraction of IC chips and surface-mount components
ESD-14 – Straight Super Fine Tip: 122 mm overall length, 10 mm body width; for high-density circuit board operations and ultra-precision pin manipulation
ESD-15 – Curved Fine Tip (45deg ): 120 mm overall length, 10 mm body width; for component retrieval and placement in angled or obstructed access areas
Material: stainless steel with ESD-dissipative matte black coating, non-magnetic
Pack: 6 tweezers + 6 individual tip caps + storage pouch
COMMON APPLICATIONS: PCB assembly, soldering, and rework; IC chip and SMD component handling; electronic device repair and maintenance; laboratory sample manipulation and precision material handling; jewelry making and watchmaking; model building and hobby craft; any fine detail work requiring ESD-safe, non-magnetic precision tools.
USAGE NOTES: Replace tip caps after each use to protect precision-machined tips from damage and prevent accidental injury. Do not use tweezers on live circuits carrying dangerous voltages. ESD coating provides electrostatic dissipation for handling of static-sensitive devices; for critical ESD-controlled environments, use in conjunction with a grounded wrist strap and ESD mat. Clean with a dry or lightly dampened cloth; avoid immersion or prolonged exposure to corrosive solvents. Store in included pouch away from impact and abrasive surfaces.
