Pack of 100 borosilicate glass headspace vials available in multiple cap configurations – PP screw cap with silicone septa, crimp aluminum cap with silicone septa, or metal screw cap with silicone septa – designed for general laboratory sample storage, reagent containment, biological sample archiving, and GC/LC headspace or chromatography sample preparation. The wide-mouth neck provides easy pipetting access and reliable, leak-proof sealing across a broad range of aqueous, polar, and moderately organic media. Clear vials allow direct visual inspection of contents; amber vials block UV and visible light to protect photosensitive samples including light-sensitive reagents, biological extracts, and analytical standards. The crimp aluminum cap and metal screw cap variants are specifically suited for GC headspace autosampler applications requiring a metal-sealed, pressure-resistant closure. Made from borosilicate glass with superior chemical resistance, thermal durability, and autoclave compatibility at 121deg C. Available in sizes from 3 mL to 60 mL.
