## Usage Notes

For qPCR applications, ensure caps are fully seated before placing tubes in the thermal cycler block. Use with a heated lid to maintain pressure and minimize evaporation – reaction volume loss is less than 5% under these conditions. Centrifuge briefly at low speed after loading to bring all liquid to the tube bottom and eliminate air bubbles.
