LDPE Lab Wash Bottles

Translucent low-density polyethylene (LDPE) squeeze wash bottles with color-coded polypropylene angled dispensing nozzle, designed for rinsing and washing laboratory glassware, dispensing deionized water, solvents, ethanol, isopropanol, and other common laboratory reagents. The flexible LDPE body is easy to squeeze for controlled, directed liquid dispensing, and returns to its original shape without deformation. The one-piece molded angled nozzle and draw tube provide a leak-proof, sputter-free stream for precise rinsing and spot cleaning. White cap bottles are standard general-purpose wash bottles suitable for deionized water, dilute acids, bases, and aqueous buffers. Red cap bottles are commonly used in laboratories as a visual indicator for flammable or hazardous solvents such as ethanol and isopropanol, following standard color-coding conventions. Both versions feature molded-in metric graduation markings for volume reference and a wide-mouth opening for easy refilling.

USAGE NOTES: LDPE wash bottles have good resistance to dilute acids, bases, and alcohols, but are not suitable for concentrated oxidizing acids, aromatic solvents, or halogenated solvents. Cap should be finger-tightened firmly before use. Do not autoclave – LDPE softens at elevated temperatures. Red cap color is a laboratory convention for hazardous or flammable solvents; always label bottles clearly with contents before use.
