This CR/LIR2016 coin cell case is designed for X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and features a KAPTON observation window on the aluminum-coated positive cover, enabling direct X-ray transmission for structural characterization. The case supports a finished battery size of 20 mm in diameter and 1.6 mm in height, and is supplied in 5 sets per pack.

The KAPTON window has a 10 mm diameter, providing a stable, X-ray-transparent area suitable for tracking material changes during testing. The positive cover is coated with 99.9% pure aluminum, with a coating thickness of approximately 1 um, ensuring chemical compatibility and reduced background scattering during XRD measurements. The negative cover is available in two configurations: a KAPTON window version or a standard stainless-steel version, depending on the application requirements.

For optimal testing performance, the use of synchronized radiation is recommended.
