Product Overview: Nickel Foam is a high-tech porous metal material with a reticulated three-dimensional structure resembling a sponge. It features high porosity (96-98%) and a hollow interconnected skeleton. With a low specific gravity (0.2-0.3, approx. 1/4 of water), it offers a large specific surface area and excellent physical properties, including high thermal conductivity and flow stability. It is easily processed (cut, bent, pasted) and is ideal for use in Ni-MH/Ni-Cd batteries, Lithium-ion batteries (Ni-C composites), fuel cells, and various chemical/electrochemical engineering applications.
