Product Overview:
The SZQ Four-Sided Wet Film Applicator is designed to coat wet films of specified thickness on flat substrates to determine the hiding power, color, or to prepare sample panels. This device combines the diversity of a multi-groove applicator with the precision of a fixed-groove applicator. It is suitable for use with water-based, acidic, and alkaline products.

Usage Instructions:
1. Fix the substrate/sample panel on a flat platform to ensure it does not move during application.
2. Select the desired wet film thickness side of the applicator and place it on the short edge of the sample panel (parallel or at the specified position).
3. Pour approximately 5ml of the sample fluid in front of the applicator.
4. Hold both ends of the applicator with your fingers and slide it across the surface at a speed of 150 mm/s to coat the required wet film thickness.
5. Maintenance: After use, clean with solvent, dry, and apply oil to the surface for protection.
