Maintenance Guidelines:
1. Screw Inspection: Regularly check the guide pillar screws on the upper and lower plates for looseness; retighten immediately if found loose before operation.
2. Chemical Cleaning: If the die is contaminated with electrolyte or other chemicals, clean it immediately.
3. Cleaning Method: Do not use water to wipe the die or equipment. Use alcohol or a dry towel for cleaning.
4. Rust Prevention: The die ships with a white liquid coating (White Lithium Grease). After use and disassembly, clean the die and apply a rust-proof lubricant to extend its service life.
