ZHC LAB’s Reversible Microcentrifuge Tube Rack is a dual-sided polypropylene rack that accommodates three common microcentrifuge tube volumes in a single unit. One side of the rack features larger-bore wells sized for standard 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes; the opposite side features smaller-bore wells for 0.5 mL tubes. Simply flip the rack over to switch between tube sizes, eliminating the need for separate racks and saving valuable bench space. Alphanumeric grid markings are molded into the rack surface on both sides for rapid well identification and sample tracking. Constructed from autoclavable polypropylene (PP), the rack withstands repeated sterilization at 121 deg C (250 deg F) and is freezer safe to -90 deg C (-130 deg F) for long-term sample storage. Chemically resistant to dilute acids, bases, alcohols, and standard aqueous laboratory reagents. Available in 60-well and 96-well configurations. The 96-well version is also offered with a translucent snap-on polypropylene lid for protected storage and transport.

USAGE NOTES: Orient the rack with the large-bore side facing up for 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL tubes, or flip to the small-bore side for 0.5 mL tubes. Both sides hold the same number of wells. For the lid-equipped 96-well version, press the translucent lid onto the rack tabs until it clicks securely into place; the recessed lid top allows stable stacking of multiple racks. Autoclavable at 121 deg C (250 deg F) for 20 minutes at 15 psi per standard sterilization protocols. Freezer safe to -90 deg C for long-term storage of sample arrays. Not recommended for prolonged contact with chlorinated or aromatic organic solvents. Maximum service temperature 135 deg C (275 deg F). Clean with water, mild detergent, or 70% ethanol; air dry before reuse.
