Polypropylene Lab Glassware Drying Rack, Pegboard, Single-Sided, Detachable Pegs

ZHC LAB’s Polypropylene Lab Glassware Drying Rack is a single-sided pegboard designed for efficient draining and air-drying of laboratory glassware. The rack accepts rows of staggered, snap-lock detachable pegs that hold inverted test tubes, beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, round-bottom flasks, graduated cylinders, funnels, and other washed vessels at an angle optimized for water runoff. Constructed entirely from chemical-resistant polypropylene (PP), the pegboard panel resists corrosion from dilute acids, bases, alcohols, and standard aqueous laboratory reagents. A built-in molded drip tray at the base collects residual water and connects to the included 30 inch (760 mm) vinyl drain tube for routing directly into a sink or waste container. The rack installs on a wall using the included mounting bracket and hardware, or can be placed upright on a bench top against a backsplash. Supplied complete with all pegs, wall-mount bracket, mounting screws, drip tray, and drain tube. Available in 27-peg and 52-peg configurations to suit different laboratory capacities.

DIMENSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
27-Peg / Gray: overall 15.75 x 4.72 x 21.65 inch (400 x 120 x 550 mm), 27 detachable pegs in 6 staggered rows, peg length 5 inch (125 mm), peg diameter 0.35 inch (9 mm), net weight approximately 6.6 lb (3.0 kg)
52-Peg / Gray: overall 21.65 x 4.72 x 27.56 inch (550 x 120 x 700 mm), 52 detachable pegs in 8 staggered rows, peg length 5 inch (125 mm), peg diameter 0.35 inch (9 mm), net weight approximately 7.7 lb (3.5 kg)
Material: polypropylene (PP), chemically resistant
Drain tube: 30 inch (760 mm) vinyl tubing, included
Mounting: wall-mount bracket and screws included; also suitable for upright bench-top placement
Color: gray

COMMON APPLICATIONS: Drying and draining laboratory glassware including test tubes, beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, round-bottom flasks, graduated cylinders, funnels, and volumetric flasks after manual washing; glassware organization at laboratory sink stations; educational and teaching laboratory cleaning workflows; clinical, pharmaceutical, and quality control laboratory daily glassware turnaround; research institute and industrial laboratory general glassware maintenance.

USAGE NOTES: To install pegs, press each peg firmly into the pegboard hole until the snap-lock tab engages. To remove, depress the tab and pull the peg straight out. For wall mounting, secure the included bracket to the wall using appropriate fasteners for your wall type (drywall anchors not included), then hang the pegboard panel onto the bracket. For bench-top use, place the rack upright against a wall or sink backsplash at a slight rearward angle to direct drainage into the drip tray. Connect the vinyl drain tube to the tray outlet and route the opposite end into a sink or waste container. Chemically resistant to dilute acids, bases, alcohols, and most aqueous laboratory reagents. Not recommended for prolonged contact with chlorinated or aromatic organic solvents. Maximum service temperature 135 deg C (275 deg F). Clean the rack and pegs with water, mild detergent, or 70% ethanol; air dry before reinserting pegs.
