Flask Clamp, 2-Prong Single Adjust, Rubber-Tipped Jaws

ZHC LAB’s Flask Clamp provides dual-jaw support for small round-bottom flasks, condensers, columns, burettes, and other small to medium cylindrical glassware on laboratory retort stands. Two rubber-tipped jaws grip the vessel firmly from both sides without scratching glass surfaces. A single central thumb screw adjusts jaw spacing across the full 12-50 mm range for one-handed operation. The 10 mm diameter straight rod, 130 mm in length, inserts into a standard bosshead clamp holder for attachment to any retort stand. The jaws and rod are cast as a single one-piece body for maximum rigidity. The body is fabricated from iron with a durable spray coating; jaw tips have an additional anti-slip rubber coating for secure, non-scratch grip. Bosshead not included.

DIMENSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Jaw opening range: 12-50 mm; fits vessels approx. 12-50 mm OD
Jaw tip coating: anti-slip rubber for non-scratch grip
Rod diameter: 10 mm; rod length 130 mm
Overall length: 220 mm
Net weight: 149 g
Adjustment: single-adjust central thumb screw
Construction: one-piece cast body, jaws and rod non-separable; iron with spray coating
Rod compatibility: 10 mm rod inserts into standard bosshead clamp holder (bosshead sold separately)

COMMON APPLICATIONS: Holding small round-bottom flasks and Erlenmeyer flasks on retort stands during heating and stirring; securing condensers in distillation setups; clamping burettes for titration; supporting thermometers and pH probes at fixed positions in reaction vessels; clamping small chromatography columns to lab stand rods.

USAGE NOTES: This clamp requires a separate bosshead for attachment to a retort stand rod. Maximum jaw opening is 50 mm – for larger vessels (OD > 50 mm), use the 3-Prong Clamp (Large) instead. Adjust jaw spacing by turning the thumb screw before mounting – open wider than the vessel OD, insert the vessel, then close to snug contact. Do not overtighten. The iron body with spray coating provides moderate chemical resistance; avoid prolonged contact with corrosive solutions.
