ZHC LAB’s 4-Way Interlocking Multi-Tube Rack consolidates four tube sizes into a single compact unit with 80 total positions. The rack features four distinct faces, each configured with wells of a different bore diameter to accept a specific tube format. Rotate the rack to the appropriate face for immediate access to the required tube size – no need to maintain separate racks for each volume. The 50 mL face holds 4 standard conical centrifuge tubes in 29 mm bore wells. The 1.5-2.0 mL face holds 32 microcentrifuge tubes or 1.5/1.8 mL cryovials in 11.5 mm bore wells. The 10-15 mL face holds 12 conical centrifuge tubes in 17 mm bore wells. The 0.5 mL face holds 32 microcentrifuge tubes in 8 mm bore wells. Built-in tab-and-slot interlocking features on each end allow multiple racks to be connected end-to-end or side-by-side, enabling scalable configurations that grow with your sample count. Constructed from autoclavable polypropylene (PP), the rack is chemically resistant and withstands repeated sterilization cycles.

USAGE NOTES: Rotate the rack to the face corresponding to your tube size. To expand capacity, align the interlocking tabs on one rack with the slots on an adjacent rack and press together until the connection is firm; racks may be joined end-to-end or side-by-side in any combination to suit your bench layout. Autoclavable at 121 deg C (250 deg F) for 20 minutes at 15 psi. Allow the rack to cool to room temperature before handling after autoclaving. Chemically resistant to dilute acids, bases, alcohols, and most aqueous laboratory reagents. Not recommended for prolonged contact with chlorinated or aromatic organic solvents. Maximum service temperature 135 deg C (275 deg F). Clean with water, mild detergent, or 70% ethanol; air dry before reuse.
