ZHC LAB’s 304 Stainless Steel Sample Vial Racks provide durable, corrosion-resistant bench-top organization for glass and plastic sample vials, scintillation vials, serum vials, and crimp-top vials. Fabricated from 304 stainless steel using welded construction for maximum structural rigidity, these racks withstand direct exposure to organic solvents, acids, bases, and high temperatures without degradation or warping. Unlike polypropylene racks, stainless steel construction is fully autoclavable, fume hood-compatible, and suitable for placement on heated surfaces. Each well is uniformly machined to hold the designated vial size securely upright for convenient handling, loading, and retrieval. Available in four configurations covering the most common laboratory vial sizes from 5 mL to 60 mL.

USAGE NOTES: Autoclavable at 121deg C, 15 psi for 20 minutes. Select the well size matching the outer diameter of your vials – check vial OD against the well diameter listed above before ordering. Rinse with water or ethanol after prolonged exposure to halide-containing solutions (HCl, HBr, HF) to prevent surface pitting. Polish with stainless steel cleaner if discoloration appears after repeated solvent contact. Wells are sized for secure but non-damaging contact with standard glass vials; do not force oversized vials into wells.
