ZHC LAB’s Detachable Polypropylene Centrifuge Tube Rack provides organized bench-top storage for centrifuge tubes across the most commonly used laboratory volume ranges. Constructed from autoclavable polypropylene (PP), each rack features a snap-together, detachable three-layer design that allows flat disassembly for compact storage and thorough cleaning. The top and middle layers hold tubes upright while the bottom layer with smaller through-holes locks tube bodies in place for secure, wobble-free positioning during pipetting, vortexing preparation, and sample organization. Available in three configurations: a 50-well single-diameter rack for 10-15 mL tubes, a 25-well single-diameter rack for 50 mL conical tubes, and a 50-well combo rack with dual-diameter wells that accommodates 10 mL, 15 mL, and 50 mL tubes simultaneously in a single footprint. All configurations supplied in blue.

USAGE NOTES: Autoclavable at 121 deg C (250 deg F) for 20 minutes at 15 psi per standard sterilization protocols. To assemble, slide the three polypropylene layers onto the four corner posts in sequence with the smallest-hole layer at the bottom. To disassemble for cleaning or storage, reverse the process and slide layers off. The detachable design allows flat-pack storage when bench space is limited. Chemically resistant to dilute acids, bases, alcohols, and most aqueous reagents. Not recommended for prolonged contact with chlorinated or aromatic organic solvents. Maximum service temperature 135 deg C. Clean with water, mild detergent, or 70% ethanol; air dry before reassembly.
